Packages are usually shipped within 48 hours after receiving your payment. 

In France the standard shipping method is the Tracked « Lettre Max », delivered without signature. 

You have the possibility to choose between « Lettre Max, Colissimo and Colissimo with and without signature » The client will be charged for the shipping method chosen. Whatever the chosen shipping method, we will provide you as soon as possible a link that will allow you to follow the delivery of your package online.

Shipping costs include packing, handling and postage. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part according to the price or the weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases in one order. We can not group two separate orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each one. 

Your package is shipped at your own risk, special care is taken with the package containing fragile products.

Packages are oversized and protected.

Our delivery times are given in good faith but only as an indication and without any formal commitment.

For any payment by bank transfer, the order will be effective upon receipt of the transfer.

In the case of a loss of package during transport, the investigation times may vary between carriers and take one to three weeks.

For any error of delivery address or need for forwarding, the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

The customer will be notified by email of the imminence of a shipment concerning his order.

Post-Sales Customer Service :

If your product is damaged, notify us within 14 days of receipt. A product of the same replacement model will be returned to you.

What happens if the size does not fit? We exchange for free. The customer have to send back the product and pay the fees. Do not forget to tell us the size or the product you want to replace and Copakabana will ship the new product to you.

We respond to all our emails within 24 hours.


You have 14 days (from receipt of the articles) to make an opinion. In case of exchange or refund, return the item (s) new (s) in its (their) original packaging, intact, with all the accessories, instructions and documentation by colissimo or mail followed at the following address:

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, Copakabana is required to refund the sums paid by the customer, without charge, except the cost of return. The refund is due within a maximum of 30 days.

Copakabana does not have to reimburse the additional costs if his client has chosen a more expensive method of delivery than the standard delivery method that Copakabana has proposed.

The goods must be returned to us in their original packaging and in perfect condition for marketing in new condition. You have the right to open the packaging and to try the delivered products to the extent that this does not make the merchandise unfit for sale otherwise the refund or exchange can not be made.

All returned products are inspected. Any returned product that is incomplete, damaged, with the smell of laundry (so washed), without labels, worn, dirty or out of time will not be accepted and it will be returned to the customer. 

For optimized management, we invite you to attach the return form to the returned goods.
